The small footprint of the 10 kg system maximizes utilization of precious floor space in your commercial workspace. The complete 10 kg System can be installed in a footprint of 10.25 square feet using the standard ASHE recommended layout. Roasting times can be as low as 15 minutes for a medium roast 10 kg batch, making for a throughput of 40 kg’s of green beans per hour (88 pounds). The optional ASHE chaff collector effectively extracts chaff as the roast progresses, keeping your roasting area clean. A five-gallon capacity chaff bucket only requires a once daily clean out, which is quick and easy to accomplish.

Released as a new configuration in 2016, the ASHE 12 LB Fluid Bed coffee roaster is designed specifically for customers who have 208 volt, 3 phase power at their roasting location. Many commercial facilities come standard with 208 volt, 3 phase power and our 12 lb system allows you to take advantage of the lower amperage requirements a 3 phase system allows. The ASHE 12 lb system eliminates the need for a boost transformer that would otherwise be required to obtain 240 volt, 1 phase power that is used on our 10, 15 and 22 lb systems. Like all our roasters, the 12 lb system is based on our proven fluid-bed design with over 15 years of field use, the ASHE 12 LB fluid bed coffee roasting system is the perfect choice for small to medium volume coffee shops wanting to offer fresh roasted coffee on a daily basis.
Standard with the 12 lb ASHE fluid bed coffee roaster is stainless steel construction of the roast chamber and all exterior body panels. Also included with the standard 12 lb fluid bed roasting system is the all stainless steel cooling system and digital roast chamber temperature probe for monitoring bean temperature during the roast.
The ASHE 15 LB fluid bed coffee roaster is based on our work horse 10 LB Fluid Bed Coffee Roaster with additional engineering improvements to allow efficient roasting of a 15 LB load of green coffee beans. Roast chamber capacity on the ASHE 15 lb Fluid Bed Coffee Roaster has been increased to accommodate the larger volume of beans. In addition, heating system wattage and blower capacity on the ASHE 15 lb Fluid Bed Coffee Roaster has also been increased to quickly roast a 15 lb load. Roast times are approximately 1 minute per pound or less depending on degree of roast desired.

The ASHE 22 lb (10 kg) fluid bed coffee roaster has been engineered with additional roast chamber capacity, increased to accommodate 22 lb load of green coffee beans. Heating system wattage and blower capacity has been maximized to quickly roast a 22 lb load green. All new systems ship with high output heating elements to yield roast times of 15-17 minutes.
