The AIRPRO commercial air roaster by ASHE Industries, LLC is designed for the Estate coffee farm, commercial roaster, small processor, coffee shop, or home roasting entrepreneur. Now available is our complete AIRPRO-10 roasting system including cooling system and chaff collector for $9,495. The AIRPRO-10 has a full 10 lb green bean capacity.
The AIRPRO-11 (11 lb/5 kg) capacity system is the perfect fit for coffee shops or established roasting operations with commercial 3-Phase electrical supply.
For high capacity requirements, the AIRPRO-22 (10 kg) system will produce a medium roast from charge to start of cooling in under 12 minutes and is available in both 240 Volt, 1-Ph or 208 Volt, 3-Ph power configurations.
Now available is our latest high-efficiency AIRPRO-26 (12 kg) roasting system offered in a 208 Volt, 3-Phase configuration for the high volume commercial roasting operations.

For the home roasting market, the AIRPRO-10lb roasting system operates on standard 240 volt, 1 phase, 50 amp power, readily available in residential locations throughout the United States. Outside the United States ASHE Coffee Roasters also work great with 220 volt, 1-phase power which is more common in the EU, Central America, and Asia. Additionally, learning to use an AIRPRO-fluid bed coffee roaster is simple and quick. With no prior experience, you can be roasting the best tasting coffee in a matter of hours. COFFEE FARMS

COMMERCIAL ROASTERS
The Commercial Coffee roasters can benefit from the large capacity AIRPRO-22 and AIRPRO-26 fluid bed coffee roasters. The AIRPRO-22 is available in 240V, 1-phase or 208V, 3-phase configurations with a 22 lb/10 kg capacity. The AIRPRO-26 is only available in a 208 Volt, 3-Phase configuration, with a 26 lb/12 kg capacity.
The small footprint of the AIRPRO roasting systems will maximize the utilization of precious floor space in your commercial workspace. Either system can be installed in a footprint of 10.25 square feet using the standard ASHE recommended layout. Roasting times under 12 minutes are typical for a medium roast on the AIRPRO-22 making for a throughput of 110 lbs of green beans per hour. All roast systems come with the ASHE chaff collector which extracts chaff as the roast progresses, keeping your roasting area clean.
AIRPRO MODEL INFORMATION
Standard with all ASHE fluid bed AIRPRO coffee roasters is stainless steel construction of the roast chamber and exterior body panels. Also included with the standard fluid bed roasting system is the all stainless steel cooling system, digital readout for monitoring bean temperature during the roast, USB interface for Roast Profile Logging, bean temperature setpoint alarm and adjustable wattage control for small batch roasting using our optional glass “Profile” roast chamber for 1/2 lb to 2 lb capacity batch sizes.
Cooling Box and Chaff Collector come standard with all our Fluid Bed Coffee Roaster Systems.

The AIRPRO 11 system is designed for use in commercial locations that provide 208 Volt, 3-Phase power. The AirPro 11 is upgraded to incorporate patented design features of the larger AIRPRO 22 & 26 systems. The AIRPRO 11 has all the same features of the AIRPRO 10 but is configured to operate the heating circuit using efficient 3-phase power.

For the high volume coffee shop, estate coffee farm or commercial Roaster the AIRPRO-22 is the perfect choice. Based on our patented High Residence Time heating system and proven design features, the AIRPRO-22 is the roasting foundation for our high volume roasting customers.
The AIRPRO 22 pound fluid bed coffee roaster by ASHE have been engineered with additional roast chamber capacity, increased to accommodate a full 22 lb/10 kg load of green coffee beans. Heating system wattage and blower capacity is optimized to quickly roast a 22 lb load of green beans. The AIRPRO 22 pound system utilizes high output heating elements to yield roast times of 12 minutes or less to allow roasting up to five 22 lb batches per hour.
AIRPRO-26 FLUID BED COFFEE ROASTER (26 LB/12 KG) CAPACITY [208V 3-PHASE]
The AIRPRO-26 is our largest capacity fluid bed roasting system optimized to roast 26 pounds/12 kg of green coffee batch size.
Includes: (26 LB/12 KG) Coffee Roaster, Cooling System & Chaff Collector.
Being our largest capacity fluid bed roasting system, the AIRPRO 26 is configured as a 208 Volt, 3-phase system to keep power consumption at optimum levels.
The AIRPRO-26 Fluid Bed Coffee Roaster has all the same standard features as the AIRPRO-22, but also has these additional features:
