An excellent option for your AIRPRO coffee roaster. Complete quick change 1 kg (2.2 lb) sample roast chamber assembly that can be swapped out with large capacity roast chamber in under 1 minute. Integrated temperature probe allows accurate measurement of bean temperature.
To install the Sample Roast chamber, simply remove the pivot pin, remove the large roast chamber, swap with the sample roast chamber, reinstall the pivot pin and plug in temperature probe to thermocouple port on Roaster front panel.
